材料:
節瓜 3個
蓮子 40克
茨實 40克
煲湯骨 600克
蜜棗 4粒
水 4公升
做法:
節瓜洗淨,去皮切件
蓮子、茨實及蜜棗分別洗淨
豬骨洗淨,汆水備用
煲滾4公升水
放入所有材料大火煲約30分鐘
轉慢火煲約2小時,下少許鹽調味,完成
Ingredients:
3 hairy gourds
40g lotus seed
40g qian shi
600g pork bone
4 candied dates
4L water
Steps:
Rinse lotus seeds, qian shi and candied dates.
Rinse hairy gourds, peel and cut into pieces.
Briefly scald pork bone with boiling water.
Boil water.
Add all ingredients.
Bring to boil over high heat for 30 minutes.
Adjust to low heat and boil for 2 hours.
Add a little salt. Done.
