【三餸一湯】迷你三角牛肉餅 (親子料理)

牛肉食譜蔬菜15-30分鐘

材料 :
牛肉碎 200克
紫菜 2片
甘筍 1/3條
葱 2條
紅葱頭 1粒
蒜頭 1瓣

醃料:
糖 半茶匙
粟粉 1茶匙
生抽 1湯匙
紹酒 少許
水 1湯匙

醬汁:
生抽 1湯匙
糖 1茶匙
粟粉芡水 少許

做法:
1.甘筍削皮,刨細絲。切葱花。蒜頭和紅葱頭切碎。牛肉碎加醃料拌勻,加入紅葱碎、蒜頭、葱花和甘筍拌勻。
2.把牛肉碎搓一個圓球,再弄成三角飯糰形狀。紫菜剪成長條,包在牛肉糰上。
3.燒熱油,放入牛肉糰,先開中大火煎表面,翻轉煎另一面。加水3湯匙,上蓋收中細火焗3分鐘。加生抽和糖拌勻,加粟粉芡水煮稠,讓醬汁沾在牛肉上。

Ingredients:

Shallot 1 pc
Garlic 1 clove

Marinade:
Sugar 1/2 teaspoon
Cornstarch 1 teaspoon
Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Shao Xing wine Little
Water 1 Tablespoon

Sauce:
Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Cornstarch water Little

Steps:
1.Peek carrot and shave in small pieces. Shred green onion, garlic and shallot. Marinate minced beef with marinade. Minced beef mix with shallot, garlic, green onion and carrot, stir well.
2.Make a beef ball, then shape in triangle. Cut seaweed in long piece and stick on the beef.
3.Heat the oil, pan fry beef. Turn to mid-high heat to cook first, then turn to another side. Put 3 Tablespoons of water. Cover the lid and turn to mid-low heat for 3 minutes. Put in soy sauce and sugar. Thicken the sauce with cornstarch water. Let the sauce cover the whole beef cake.
