韭菜150克
雞蛋4隻
調味:
鹽1茶匙
做法:
韭菜洗淨,切碎
雞蛋加鹽拂勻,再下韭菜拌勻
燒熱3湯匙油
下蛋液,快手兜炒至凝固,完成

4 eggs

Stesp:
Rinse chive. Cut into short sections.
Beat eggs with salt. Add chives and mix well.
Heat 3 tbsp oil.
Add beaten egg. Stir fry swiftly until egg set. Done.
