3. 番茄去蒂、底部劃兩刀,再浸熱水1分鐘,然後去皮、切件。
5. 燒熱米糠油,炒洋葱至軟身,加入番茄,炒3分鐘。
6. 加入魚露、糖,炒至均勻,最後加入鴨蛋,炒至均勻。
Stir fried Duck Egg with Onion and Tomato
Rice bran oil 3 tablespoons
1. Cut onion into strips. Beat duck egg.
2. Put salt, pepper and sesame oil into duck egg and mix well.
3. Remove tomato stem, then make two cuts under tomato and soak in hot water for 1 min, then peel tomato and cut into pieces.
4. Heat the rice bran oil, stir fry duck egg until half cooked with low heat and take out.
5. Heat the rice bran oil, stir fry onion until soft, then put in tomato and stir fry 3 mins.
6. Put in fish sauce and sugar, stir fry until mix well, finally put in duck egg and stir fry until mix well.
