做法:

蝦米泡水,甘筍削皮,切薄片,再切成長條。把長條切半。椰菜切掉硬心後對切,切絲。

白鑊烘蝦米至發出香味,加油爆香。再加入甘筍炒至開始軟身,加入椰菜同炒。灒紹酒,炒至菜軟身,加鹽。下少許粟粉芡水收汁。

Steps:
