【三餸一湯】蜜糖芥末大蝦

材料:
新鮮蝦 300克
蒜頭 3粒
蜜糖 1湯匙
黃芥末 1湯匙
黃芥末籽 1茶匙
鹽 少許
胡椒 少許

步驟:
1.新鮮蝦去殼,蝦切背,挑走蝦腸。蒜頭切片。
2.將鹽、胡椒粉加入蝦,醃10分鐘。
3.將蜜糖、黃芥末、黃芥末籽混合成醬料。
4.燒熱油,將蒜頭煎至金黃色,取出。
5.加入蝦煎至金黃色,加入蒜頭及醬料,炒至均勻。

Honey and Yellow Mustard fried Shrimp

Ingredients:
Fresh shrimp 300g
Garlic 3 pcs
Honey 1 tablespoon
Yellow mustard 1 tablespoon
Wholegrain mustard 1 teaspoon
Salt little
Pepper little

Steps:
1.Shell fresh shrimp, make a cut on the backside and remove devein, slice garlic.
2.Put salt and pepper into shrimp, marinate 10 mins.
3.Mix honey, yellow mustard and wholegrain mustard into sauce.
4.Heat the oil, pan fry garlic until golden brown and take out.
5.Pan fry shrimp until golden brown, put in garlic and put in sauce and fry until mix well.
