1. Soak vermicelli in water. Shred garlic and green onion. Dice ginger and chili, cut duck blood in pieces.
2. Heat the oil, stir fry preserved vegetables, then put in Shao Xing wine, sugar and oil.
3. Stir fry with ginger and garlic, put in tomato soup base, duck blood and vermicelli. Cover the lid and cook in mid-heat for 3 minutes. Put in chili and green onion. Then put in sugar and Sichuan pepper oil.
先用水浸軟粗粉絲。
鴨血切塊。
酸菜灒入紹酒,加糖和油爆香。
倒入番茄湯底。
放入鴨血和粗粉絲略拌,蓋上以中火煮3分鐘。
加入辣椒和葱花,調少許糖和花椒油來增加味覺。
