三餸一湯|鱈魚膠雪蓮子烏雞湯 Silky Fowl Soup with Cod Fish Maw and Honey Locust Fruit
食譜粵菜湯水雞肉魚煲60分鐘以上
1. 薑切片、葱切段,將鱈魚膠、薑、葱加入滾水,煮10分鐘,然後蓋上蓋,熄火焗6小時。
4. 將所有材料(除了杞子)加入至滾水,蓋上蓋,轉小火煲1.5小時。
5. 加入杞子,蓋上蓋,轉小火煮20分鐘,最後加入適量鹽。
Silky Fowl Soup with Cod Fish Maw and Honey Locust Fruit
1. Slice ginger. Cut spring onion into strips.
2. Put cod fish maw, ginger, spring onion into boiling water, cook 10 mins, cover the lid and off the heat steam 6 hours.
3. Soak honey locust fruit and common yam rhizome. Soak dried wolfberries. Cut red jujube into two pieces.
4. Blanch silky fowl and wash. Take out cod fish maw and wash.
5. Put all ingredients (except dried wolfberries) into boiling water, cover the lid and cook 1.5 hours with low heat.
6. Put in dried wolfberries, cover the lid and cook 20 mins with low heat, finally put in some salt.
