粟米紅蘿蔔煲豬腱
材料:
紅蘿蔔 2條
粟米 1條
豬腱 450克
蜜棗 2粒
水 8碗
調味料 :
鹽 少許
做法:
1.
紅蘿蔔去皮切件。粟米一開四。
2.
豬腱汆水備用。
3.
水中加入紅蘿蔔、粟米、豬腱及蜜棗,煲滾後轉小火煲2小時。
4.
下鹽調味完成。
Pork Soup with Corn and Red Carrot
Ingredients:
Red Carrot 2 pcs
Corn 1 pc
Pork 450g
Candied Date 2 pcs
Water 8 bowls
Seasonings:
Little Salt
Steps:
1. Peel and cut red carrot into pieces. Chop corn into 4 pieces.
2 Blanch pork in water and set aside.
3 Add in red carrot, corn, pork and candied date into the water, bring to boil and turn to low heat and cook for 2 hours.
4 Season with salt. Done.
