材料:
冬瓜半斤
雜菌100克
薑2片
豬腩肉250克
鹽少許
做法:
1.
冬菇去蒂,切片。水滾加鹽,放入五花腩汆水。五花腩表面變白,撈起。
2.
另煲一鍋水,水滾加薑,加入五花腩,蓋上收中火煲40分鐘。冬瓜分三大塊,去籽和皮,再切片。
3.
冬瓜加入鍋,收中細火煲30分鐘,筷子插肉穿過表示肉熟,挾起五花腩,切薄片。
4.
湯中加入雜菌,蓋上中火再煲5分鐘,加入1/3份薄豬肉片再煮一煮,加鹽調味。
Winter melon and mixed mushroom soup
Ingredients:
Winter melon ½ catty
Mixed mushroom 100g
Ginger 2 slices
Pork belly 250g
Salt Little
Steps:
1.
Cut mushroom in slices. Put salt and pork belly in boiling water. Take out pork belly when change colour.
2.
Boil water for soup, put ginger and pork belly in pot. Cover the lid and turn mid-heat for 40 minutes. Cut winter melon in three segments, take out seed and skin. Cut winter melon in slices.
3.
Put winter melon in pot. Turn to low-mid heat and cook for 30 minutes. Test if the pork belly done, then take out the meat.
4.
Put in mixed mushroom. Cover the lid and turn mid-heat for 5 minutes. Cut pork belly in two segments, then cut in slices. Put ⅓ portion of meat in pot and season the soup with salt.
