1.雞肉加馬蹄增加口感。

Method:
1.Washchicken,minceandmarinate.Washanddicestrawberries.
2.Soakandchopmushrooms.Peel,washandchopwaterchestnut.Mixthesechoppedingredientswithmincedchickenandbatter.
3.Heatsomeoil,deepfrythechickenballtilldone,takeoutanddrain.
4.Heatthewok,pourinsomewaterandputinstrawberriesandsugar,bringtotheboil,pourontopofthechicken.Serve.
