鯪魚球豆腐生菜湯

材料:
鯪魚肉 約$30
硬豆腐 1磚
生菜 1棵
薑 10片
鹽 少許
胡椒粉 少許
紹興酒 1茶匙
雞湯 300毫升
生粉 1湯匙

步驟:
1.
豆腐切件、薑切片、生菜切段。
2.
將紹興酒、鹽、胡椒粉、生粉加入鯪魚肉,醃15分鐘。
3.
燒熱油,爆香薑片。
4.
加入生菜、雞湯、水,蓋上蓋煮滾。
5.
加入鯪魚肉、豆腐煮熟滾起,下鹽、胡椒粉。

Minced Mud Carp, Tofu and Lettuce Soup

Ingredients:
Minced mud carp around $30
Tofu 1 pc
Lettuce 1 pc
Ginger 10 pc
Salt little
Pepper little
Shao Xing wine 1 teaspoon
Chicken soup 300ml
Cornstarch 1 tablespoon

Steps:
1.
Cut tofu in chunk, slice ginger, cut lettuce into strips.
2.
Put in Shao Xing wine, salt, pepper, cornstarch into minced mud carp, marinate for 15 mins.
3.
Heat the oil, stir fry ginger.
4.
Put in lettuce, chicken soup and water, cover the lid and cook until boil.
5.
Put in minced mud carp, tofu, and have boiled. Add salt and pepper.

生菜整棵切段,再撕開葉片。
