2. Peel kudzu and cut into pieces.
3. Peel burdock and cut into pieces.
4. Cut corn into pieces. Peel carrot and cut into pieces.
5. Scrape off white pith of aged peel.
6. Cut pork lean into pieces, then blanch and wash.
7. Put all ingredients into boiling water, cover the lid and cook 2 hours with low heat, finally put in some salt.
