【三餸一湯】紫菜蝦米蛋花湯

食譜雞蛋湯水15分鐘以下

材料:
紫菜 12克
蝦米 1湯匙
雞蛋 1隻
水 2公升
鹽 適量

做法:
1.把紫菜和蝦米分別放入水中浸軟。雞蛋打勻。
2.水滾,放入紫菜和蝦米,以鹽調味,加蓋煲煮10分鐘。
3.平均地倒入蛋液,輕輕攪拌,即成。

Seaweed Dried Shrimp Soup with Egg
Ingredients
12g seaweed
1 tbsp dried shrimp
1 egg
2 litre water
Some Salt


Steps:
1.Soak the seaweed and dried shrimp in two bowls respectively. Beaten the egg.
2.Heat water to boil. Add the seaweed and dried shrimp. Season with salt. Cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes.
3.Pour in the egg liquid evenly. Stir it lightly. Ready to serve.
