【三餸一湯】蝦米炒椰菜絲

材料:
椰菜半個
蝦米2湯匙
蒜頭1粒
鹽少許
糖少許
紹酒半茶匙

做法:
1.
蝦米浸水,椰菜切絲。蒜頭和蝦米切碎。
2.
白鑊爆香蝦米,下油,爆香蒜頭,加入椰菜,灒1湯匙水,炒至椰菜軟身,加鹽、糖和紹酒,炒勻即成。

Sauteed dried shrimp with cabbage
Ingredients:
Cabbage ½ piece
Dried shrimp 2 Tablespoons
Garlic 1 clove
Salt Little
Sugar Little
Shao Xing wine Little

Steps:
1.
Soak dried shrimp with water. Cut cabbage in strip. Shred garlic and dried shrimp.
2.
Pan fry dried shrimp without oil. Put in oil and pan fry garlic.
3.
Put in cabbage and 1 Tablespoon of water, stir fry until cabbage become soft. Season with salt, sugar and Shao Xing wine.
