【三餸一湯】菜脯炒肉片

食譜蔬菜豬肉15-30分鐘

材料:
豬肉薄片200克
菜脯50克
紅椒2隻
乾葱1粒
蒜頭1粒
葱2條
紹酒少許
生抽1湯匙
老抽半茶匙
糖半茶匙
粟粉芡水少許
做法:
1.
乾葱和蒜頭切碎,紅椒切圈,切葱花。菜脯切細條,肉片切成細片。
2.
燒熱油,爆香菜脯,加入蒜、乾葱、紅椒和葱繼續爆香,灒紹酒同炒。
3.
加入肉片,炒至肉變淺色,再灒紹酒,加入生抽和老抽炒勻,加糖調味。下粟粉芡水收汁,加入葱花即成。
Sauteed dried radish with pork slices
Ingredients:
Pork slices 200g
Dried radish 50g
Red chili 2 pcs
Shallot 1 pc
Garlic 1 pc
Green onion 2 pcs
Shao Xing wine Little
Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Dark soy sauce ½ teaspoon
Sugar ½ teaspoon
Cornstarch water Little

Steps:
1.
Slice shallot and shred it. Then shred red chili, garlic and green onion. Cut dried radish and pork in small pieces.
2.
Heat the oil, pan fry dried radish. Then garlic, shallot, red chili and green onion. Pour a little Shao Xing wine.
3.
Then put in pork slices, stir fry until the meat turn light colour. Put in Shao Xing wine, soy sauce and dark soy sauce. Season with sugar. Thicken the sauce with cornstarch water. Put in green onion.
