材料:
雞髀 2隻
栗子 12粒
葱 1條
薑 數片
蠔油 2湯匙
生抽 1茶匙
老抽 1茶匙
冰糖 少許
糖 1茶匙
水 500ml
紹興酒 1湯匙
做法:
1.
雞髀斬件;薑切片。
2.
將生抽、紹興酒、糖加入雞件,醃半小時。
3.
燒熱油,將薑片爆香。
4.
煎香雞髀件至金黃色。
5.
加入栗子、蠔油、生抽、老抽、冰糖、水。
6.
蓋上蓋後轉小火煮45分鐘。
Stewed Chicken with Chestnut
Ingredients:
Chicken legs 2 pcs
Chestnut 12 pcs
Spring onion 1 pc
Ginger few pcs
Oyster sauce 2 tablespoons
Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
Dark soy sauce 1 teaspoon
Rock sugar little
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Steps
1.
Chicken legs cut to pieces and slice ginger.

Add soy sauce, Shao Xing wine, sugar to Chicken legs marinate for half hour.
3.
Heat the oil and pan fry ginger.
4.
Pan fry Chicken legs until golden brown.
5.
Add Chestnut, oyster sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rock sugar and water.
6.
Cover the lid and cook 45 mins with low heat.
