涼拌菠菜五香豆乾
材料:
五香豆腐乾 2件
BB菠菜 約400g
鹽 少許
麻油 2湯匙
生抽 少許
做法:
1. 豆腐乾出水。
2. 菠菜加鹽灼1分鐘。取出隔水。榨出水份,把菠菜切幼。
3. 豆乾切幼粒。混合豆乾菠菜。
4. 下鹽、麻油、生抽調味。
Spinach and spiced dried bean curd cold dish
Ingredients:
2pcs of spiced dried bean curd
400g baby spinach
A little bit salt
2 tbsp sesame oil
A little bit light soy sauce
Steps:
1. Blanch dried bean curd for a moment.
2. Blanch baby spinach for 1 min. Take out and drain. Squeeze out excess water, finely chop the spinach.
3. Finely chop the dried bean curd. Mix spinach and dried bean curd.
4. Season with salt, sesame oil, light soy sauce.
