材料:
魚柳 2大片
菠蘿 適量(隨個人喜好)
青椒 半個
紅椒 半個
黃椒 半個
茄汁 適量
雞蛋 1隻
調味:
鹽 少許
糖 少許
芡汁:
生粉水2湯匙
做法:
1. 將魚柳洗淨,然後切大片。
2. 魚柳片加少許鹽醃半小時。
3. 菠蘿切粒,青椒、紅椒及黃椒去籽切件。
4. 打勻雞蛋,魚柳沾上生粉及蛋漿。(TIPS: 在蛋漿加入少許麵粉,可令魚柳更脆。)
5. 燒熱一鍋油,放入魚柳,炸至金黃色,然後放在廚房紙上印去多餘油份。
6. 將鑊裏的油倒出,留下少許。 放入三色椒炒一會。
7. 加菠蘿粒、糖、鹽及茄汁炒勻。(TIPS: 如喜歡帶酸可加適量白醋)
8. 用生粉水埋芡,熄火,加入魚柳炒勻。
2 Large Pieces of Fish Fillet
Some Pineapple (According to Your Taste)
½ Green Bell Pepper
½ Red Bell Pepper
½ Yellow Bell Pepper
Some Ketchup
1 Egg
Some Salt
Some Sugar
Mix 2 tbsp corn starch with water
做法:
1.Rinse and cut fish fillet into large pieces.
2.Marinate fish fillet with some salt for 30 minutes.
3.Dice pineapple. Remove seed and cut bell peppers into pieces.
4.Beat the egg. Coat the fish fillet with corn starch and egg liquid. (TIPS: For the perfect crisp, remember to add in some flour into the egg liquid.)
5.Heat oil for deep-frying. Deep-fry the fish fillet in hot oil until golden brown. Then put them on kitchen paper to remove excess oil.
6.Leave little oil in pan. Stir-fry bell peppers for a while.
7.Add pineapple, sugar, salt and ketchup. Stir well. (TIPS: If you want something sour, you can add white vinegar.)
8.Thicken with corn starch water, then turn off the heat. Put back the fish fillet and stir well with all.
