三餸一湯|帶子蒸豆腐 Steamed scallops and tofu
食譜粵菜家常菜貝類海鮮豆類蒸15分鐘以下
1. 帶子加醃料略醃。本菇切段,薑、紅椒切粒,蒜頭切碎,切葱花。
2. 豆腐切大粒,鋪在碟上。把帶子、本菇和薑、蒜鋪在豆腐上,隔水蒸6分鐘。
3. 取出蒸豆腐,撒葱花和紅椒粒,淋上滾油,再淋蒸魚豉油即成。
Steamed scallops and tofu
Seasoned seafood soy sauce 2 teaspoons
Shao Xing wine 1 teaspoon
1. Marinate scallop with marinade. Cut marmoreal mushroom in pieces. Dice ginger, red chili, garlic and tofu. Shred green onion.
2. Put tofu on plate, then put scallop on top of tofu. Put on marmoreal mushroom, ginger and garlic. Steam tofu for 6 minutes.
3. Take out tofu, then put on green onion and red chili. Pour in boiling oil and seasoned seafood soy sauce.
