材料:
梅酒50毫升
大蜆500克
無鹽牛油20克
葱2條

上湯50毫升

做法:

葱切段,蒜頭切片。鑊中加少許油,下牛油,爆蒜和葱,加入蜆,加上湯50毫升,蓋上焗至蜆熟。

加入梅酒,加少許鹽和黑椒,再焗1分鐘。
