1. Cut pork chop in half. Flatten the pork chop and cut the edges. Then use the knife back to tenderize meat. Shred garlic. Beat the egg.
2. Marinate pork chop with marinade. Put in egg and flour. Put flour on two sides of pork chop. Heat the oil, pan fry pork chop in mid-heat. Turn another side and pan fry it.
3. Put Korean citron tea and water in pan. Stir well and cook in mid-heat. Season with salt. Put pork chop back in pan to absorb the sauce. Cut pork chop in pieces. Put sauce on pork chop.
