【三餸一湯】金銀蒜蒸絲瓜

材料:
絲瓜 半條
蒜頭 2大個
鹽少許
糖少許

做法:
1.
絲瓜去皮,切件,放在碟上;蒜頭切碎。
2.
燒熱油,將一半蒜頭加入,慢火炸至金黃色。
3.
加入餘下一半蒜頭,隨即關火。
4.
加入鹽及糖調味,將金銀蒜放在絲瓜上。
5.
蓋上蓋大火蒸15分鐘。

Steamed Luffa with Double Garlic

Ingredient:
Luffa half pc
Garlic 2 packs
Salt little
Sugar little

Steps:
1.
Peel and cut luffa into pieces, put luffa on the plate, cut garlic into small pieces.
2.
Heat the oil, add half garlic and fry garlic until turn to golden brown.
3.
Add the rest garlic and turn off the fire.
4.
Add salt and sugar and put double garlic into luffa.
5.
Cover the lid and steam 15 mins with high heat.
