【三餸一湯】九層塔煎蛋餅

九層塔煎蛋餅

材料:
雞蛋2隻
九層塔適量
鹽少許

做法:
1)把九層塔洗淨瀝乾水後,摘下九層塔葉待用。
2)打勻雞蛋。
3)下油,油滾,轉小火,倒入蛋液。
4)待蛋半熟狀態,把九層塔葉放進雞蛋內,再反轉另一面煎至金黃色,灑上少許鹽調味,最後加上一小株九層葉作裝飾用,完成。

Pan-fried Eggs with Basil

Ingredients:
2 eggs
Basil some
Salt little

Steps:
1)Wash the basil and drain. Take the leaves for use.
2)Beat eggs.
3)Heat oil to boil. Turn into low heat. Pour in the egg liquid.
4)Add the basil leaves into the semi-cooked egg, flip into another side. Pan fried till it turns into golden color. Season with salt. Garnish with basil leaves. Ready to serve.
