大葉雞卷
材料:
雞肉碎250克
大葉10片
蕪菁3個
蛋1隻
醃料:
胡椒少許
鹽半茶匙
粟粉1湯匙
做法:
1. 雞肉碎加蛋拌勻,加胡椒、鹽和粟粉,拌勻。大葉1塊,切碎,加入雞肉拌勻。蕪菁刨片,取半份切碎,加蕪菁碎到雞肉中,餘下蕪菁片加鹽略醃,擠乾水分。
2. 鋪平牛油紙,將雞肉鋪在牛油紙,捲起,蒸10分鐘。打開牛油紙,將大葉鋪在蒸雞肉底,再捲住雞件包好。切大件。
3. 燒熱油,將雞件煎香兩面,煎好的雞件再切半。鹽漬蕪菁伴碟。

Ingredients:
Minced chicken 250g
Oba leaves 10 pcs
Turnip 3 pcs
Egg 1pc
Marinade:
Pepper Little
Salt ½ teaspoon
Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
Steps:
1. Mix minced chicken with egg. Put in pepper, salt and cornstarch and stir well. Chop 1 piece of oba, and mix it with minced chicken. Slice and chop ½ of turnip. Mix turnip pieces with chicken. Marinate the rest of sliced turnip with salt, and then squeeze the water of turnip.
2. Put baking paper on chopping board, then put chicken mixture on baking paper and roll it. Steam for 10 minutes.
3. Open the baking paper, put oba under the chicken roll. Cut the roll in three pieces. Pan fried chicken pieces for both sides. Then cut chicken pieces in half. Put marinated turnip on plate as side dishes.
