材料:
菠菜 400克
瘦肉 300克
蛋黃 4 隻
薑 3片
鹽 1茶匙
水 3公升
做法:
1. 菠菜去根,洗淨。
2. 瘦肉洗淨,切片。
3. 煲滾3公升水,加入薑、瘦肉及菠菜大火煲滾30分鐘,轉慢火煲1小時。
4. 拌入拂匀蛋黃,加入適量鹽調味。

4 egg yolks
3 slices ginger
1 tsp salt
3L water
Steps:
1. Remove spinach root and rinse.
2. Rinse pork and thinly slice.
3. Boil water. Add ginger, sliced pork and spinach. Bring to boil over high heat for 30 minutes. Adjust to low heat and boil for 1 hour.
4. Add beaten egg yolk and stir well. Add a little salt.
