食譜粵菜貝類海鮮粉麵蒸15分鐘以下
5. 將粉絲放在扇貝殼上,加入扇貝肉,再加入蒜頭。
Steamed Scallop with Double Garlic and Vermicelli
Seasoned Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
1. Soak vermicelli. Mince garlic. Scrub scallop and take the meat.
2. Boil the water, put in scallop shell and cook 3 mins, then take out.
3. Heat the oil, put in a half of garlic and deep fry until golden brown.
4. Off the heat and put in the rest of garlic, salt and sugar, mix well.
5. Put vermicelli into the scallop shell then put in scallop meat and garlic.
6. Steam 5 mins with high heat, finally add the seasoned soy sauce.
