材料:
豬腩肉 約$30
蘿蔔 1條
薑 2片
蒜頭 2粒
清酒 100毫升
味醂 2湯匙
黑糖 2湯匙
日本醬油 2湯匙
味噌 2湯匙
水 500毫升
步驟:
1.蘿蔔去皮及切件,薑切片,蒜頭切粒,豬腩肉切件。
2.燒熱油,爆香薑、蒜頭。
3.加入五花腩,煎至金黃。
4.加入清酒、味醂、黑糖、日本醬油、水,煮滾後加入蘿蔔。
5.蓋上蓋,以小火煮30分鐘,加入味噌,攪拌均勻。
Miso White Radish Braise Pork
Ingredients:
Pork belly around $30
White radish 1 pc
Ginger 2 pcs
Garlic 2 pcs
Sake 100ml
Mirin 2 tablespoons
Black sugar 2 tablespoons
Japanese soy sauce 2 tablespoons
Miso 2 tablespoons
Water 500ml
Steps:
1.Peel white radish and cut into pieces, slice ginger, dice garlic, cut pork belly in chunk.
2.Heat the oil, stir fry ginger and garlic.
3.Put in pork belly and fry until golden brown.
4.Put in sake, mirin, black sugar, japanese soy sauce and water, cook until boiling, put in white radish.
5.Cover the lid and cook 30 mins with low heat, put in miso and mix well.
