食譜粵菜貝類雞蛋炒15分鐘以下
1. 雞蛋攪拌均勻,將牛肝菌粉、鹽、黑椒、加入至蛋,攪拌均勻。

Porcini powder 1 teaspoon
Whipping cream 1 tablespoon
1. Whisk the eggs, put porcini powder, salt, black pepper into egg and mix well.
2. Put in whipping cream and mix well.
3. Blanch little scallop 1 min then take out.
4. Heat the butter, put in egg, turn to low heat and stir fry until half cooked.
5. Put in little scallop and stir fry until 70% cooked.
