米酒 1湯匙
胡椒粉 適量
糖 2茶匙

生抽 2茶匙
生粉 3茶匙
醬汁:
茄汁 3湯匙
醋 1湯匙
叉燒醬 1湯匙
海鮮醬 1湯匙
糖 2湯匙
水 4湯匙
生粉 1茶匙
做法:
1.
一字排斬件加醃料拌勻備用。
2.
蜜桃切片,洋葱切絲。
3.
爆香洋葱備用。
4.
煎香一字排。
5.
加上茄汁、醋、叉燒醬、海鮮醬、糖、水、生粉及洋葱回鑊。
6.
小火燒至醬汁微乾。
7.
放入蜜桃,上碟後灑下葱花即成。
Braised Pork Rib with Peach
Ingredients:
Pork Rib 6 pcs
Onion ½ pc
Peach 2 pcs
Some Spring Onions
Seasonings:
Rice Wine 1 tbsp
Some White Pepper
Sugar 2 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Light Soy Sauce 2 tsp
Corn Starch 3 tsp
Sauce:
Ketchup 3 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Char Siu Sauce 1 tbsp
Seafood Sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Water 4 tbsp
Corn Starch 1 tsp
Steps:
1. Chop pork ribs, then add in marinades and mix well. Set aside.
2. Slice peaches and shred onions.
3. Sauté onions and set aside.
4. Pan-fry pork ribs.
5. Add in ketchup, vinegar, char siu sauce, seafood sauce, sugar, water and corn starch. Put onions back to pan.
6. Cook with low heat till the sauce is slightly dried up.
7. Add in peaches. Dish up and sprinkle with chopped spring onions. Done.
