【三餸一湯】薯粒炒蝦仁

材料:
青椒1隻
薯仔1個
蝦仁半磅
孜然粉半茶匙
蒜頭3粒
紹酒1湯匙
生抽1湯匙
醃料:
胡椒粉少許
粟粉少許

紹酒少許
做法:
1.
青椒切片,蒜頭拍扁,切碎。薯仔削皮,切厚片,再切大粒,加水浸泡洗走澱粉。蝦仁加胡椒粉、粟粉和紹酒醃5分鐘。
2.
白鑊煎薯仔至表面乾水,加油炒薯仔,蓋上焗5分鐘。加入蒜頭同炒,再加入蝦仁兩面煎香。
3.
繼續加入青椒同炒,灒紹酒,加入生抽和孜然粉,開大火收乾身。

Sauteed prawn and potato
Ingredients:
Green pepper 1 piece
Potato 1 piece
Prawn ½ lbs
Cumin powder ½ teaspoon
Garlic 3 cloves
Shao Xing wine 1 Tablespoon
Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Marinade:
Pepper Little
Corn starch Little
Shao Xing wine Little
Steps:
1.
Cut green pepper in slices. Press the garlic and shred it. Peel the skin of potato and cut in thick slices. Then cut in strips and cut in chunk. Soak potato with water. Marinate prawn with marinade for 5 minutes.
2.
Pan fry potato without oil. Put oil in pan until potato turns dry. Stir fry potato and cover the lid to cook for 5 minutes. Put garlic in pan and then put in prawn.
3.
Put in green pepper and Shao Xing wine and stir fry. Season with soy sauce and cumin powder. Turn to high heat and stir fry until no sauce leave on pan.
