材料:
豬頸肉 1片
叉燒醬2茶匙
老抽 1湯匙
生抽 1茶匙
玫瑰露 1茶匙
糖 2茶匙
水 適量
做法

將叉燒醬、老抽、生抽、玫瑰露、糖加入豬頸肉,醃半小時。
2.
燒熱油,大火將豬頸肉煎至金黃色,轉細火煎熟。
3.
煎好後切片。
4.
淋上鑊中餘下醬汁。

Ingredients:
Pork jowl 1 pc
Char siu sauce 2 teaspoons
Dark soy sauce 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
Mei kuei lu wine 1 teaspoon
Sugar 2 teaspoons
Water little
Steps:

Char siu sauce, dark soy sauce, soy sauce, mei kuei lu wine add to pork jowl, marinate for 30 mins.

Heat the oil and fry pork jowl with high heat until golden brown.
3.
Fry with low heat until well done, cut to pieces.
