食譜西菜蒸魚15分鐘以下
1. 鱈魚柳印乾水分,將胡椒粉加入鱈魚柳,醃20分鐘。
2. 將鱈魚柳擺上牛油紙,加入鹽、黑椒、牛油,迷迭香、百里香、白酒、雞湯。
Steamed Cod Fillet with White Wine and Rosemary
Chicken soup 2 tablespoons
