做法:
先將龍蝦蒸至半熟,然後在龍蝦上加上少許綠茶粉、鹽、牛油、少許蒜茸及少許芝士碎,隨後放入焗爐。另一方面,用油起鑊,加入蒜茸爆香,然後加入麵炒一會,再加入少許綠茶、紅蘿蔔絲、青瓜絲、紅椒絲、宮保汁一起炒,再加入上湯及生粉水炒一會便可上碟。最後將已焗好的龍蝦去殼及切成一片片放在麵旁便成。
