材料:
雞扒 1塊
日本醬油 3湯匙
日本清酒 3湯匙
味醂 3湯匙
蜜糖 1茶匙
步驟:
1.在雞扒上劃數刀。
2.將日本醬油、日本清酒、味醂加入雞扒,醃15分鐘。
3.燒熱油,加入雞扒,煎至金黃色。
4.加入剩下的醃料及蜜糖。
5.蓋上蓋,煮4分鐘。
Japanese Teriyaki Chicken Steak
Ingredients:
Chicken steak 1 pc
Japanese soy sauce 3 tablespoons
Japanese sake 3 tablespoons
Mirin 3 tablespoons
Honey 1 teaspoon
Steps:
1.Make few cut in chicken steak.
2.Put japanese soy sauce, japanese sake, mirin into chicken steak, marinate 15 mins.
3.Heat the oil and put in chicken steak and pan fry until golden brown.
4.Put in the rest marinade and honey.
5.Cover the lid and cook 4 mins.
