5. 加入蠔油、糖,炒至均勻,最後加入膶腸,炒至均勻。
Stir fried Cauliflower with Garlic and Liver Sausage
Oyster sauce 1/2 tablespoon
Rice bran oil 2 tablespoons
1. Steam liver sausage 5 mins then slice.
2. Soak cauliflower with salt water for half hour, then cut into pieces. Mince garlic.
3. Put salt and oil into boiling water, then put in cauliflower and cook 2 mins, take out.
4. Heat the rice bran oil, stir fry garlic, put in cauliflower and stir fry until mix well.
5. Put in oyster sauce and sugar, stir fry until mix well, finally put in liver sausage and stir fry until mix well.
