材料:
生菜600克
蒜頭4粒(略拍爛)
調味料:
麵醬 2湯匙
鹽 1/2茶匙
糖 2茶匙
做法:
生菜去頭,洗淨備用
燒熱3湯匙油
以中火爆香蒜頭
轉大火爆炒生菜至半熟
加入所有調味料,炒勻即成
600g chinese lettuce
4 cloves garlic (lightly smashed)
Seasonings:
2 tbsp bean sauce
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
Step:
Cut the root part of lettuce then rinse well.
Heat 3 tbsp oil.
Add garlic and stir well.
Add lettuce and stir fry over high heat until half done.
Add all seasonings, stir well. Done.
