材料:
台灣小白菜 150克
煙鴨胸 半個
冬菇(已浸)5隻
薑 1片
水 1公升
鹽 少許
糖 少許
紹酒 少許
做法:
1.切薑絲,冬菇切蒂,切絲。煙鴨胸切條,台灣小白菜切段。
2.燒熱油,爆香薑絲和冬菇,加入煙鴨胸同炒。
3.灒紹酒,加滾水1公升,蓋上收中火煲10分鐘。加入小白菜,下鹽和糖調味。
Taiwan bok choy and duck soup
Ingredients:
Taiwan bok choy 150g
Smoked duck breast ½ pc
Dried Shiitake mushroom (soaked) 5 pcs
Ginger 1 slice
Water 1L
Salt Little
Sugar Little
Shao Xing wine Little
Steps:
1.Cut ginger in strips. Cut the mushroom feet, then slice it. Cut smoked duck breast in strips. Cut the base of bok choy then cut in pieces.
2.Heat the oil, pan fry ginger and shiitake mushroom. Then stir fry with smoked duck breast.
3.Pour in Shao Xing wine and 1L of boiling water. Cover the lid and turn to mid-heat for 10 minutes. Put in bok choy and season with salt and sugar.
