做法:
1.
杏鮑菇切片,四季豆去頭尾,切段。配料乾葱、蒜頭切片,辣椒和葱切碎。
2.
蝦背切一刀但不切斷,加醃料拌勻。滾水加鹽和糖,加入四季豆汆水,撈起。
3.
燒熱油,爆香配料,加入杏鮑菇和蝦仁,灒紹酒同炒,加水1湯匙,加入欖菜略炒。再加水2湯匙,四季豆回鑊,加少許生抽和糖炒勻即可。

Ingredients:

Shallot 1 pc
Olive pickles 1 Tablespoon
Red chili 1pc
Green onion 2 pcs
Shao Xing wine Little

Steps:

Cut king oyster mushroom in pieces. Cut two sides of green beans then cut in pieces. Cut the side ingredients shallot, garlic, chili and green onion.

Cut the back of prawn slightly. Marinate prawn with pepper, wine and a little corn starch. Season boiling water with salt and sugar, cook green beans for a while and pick them up.
3.
Heat the oil, stir fry side ingredients, then put in king oyster mushroom and prawns. Put in Shao Xing wine and add 1 Tablespoon of water.
4.
Put in olive pickles and 2 Tablespoons of water. Stir fry with green beans, and season with soy sauce and sugar.
