材料:
翠玉瓜1條
粟米1條
薑2片
鴨件1/4隻
水1,200毫升
鹽少許
做法:
1.
翠玉瓜切片,粟米切段。煲滾水,加紹酒,放入鴨件汆水至有浮泡出現,撈起鴨件。
2.
再煲滾水1,200毫升,加入薑片、粟米和鴨件,蓋上,滾後收中細火煲45分鐘。
3.
開蓋,加翠玉瓜再煲5分鐘,加鹽調味。
Zucchini and duck soup
Ingredients:
Zucchini 1pc
Sweet corn 1pc
Ginger 2 slices
Duck 1/4 pc
Water 1,200 ml
Salt Little
Steps:
1.
Slice zucchini. Cut sweet corn in pieces. Boil water, put in Shao Xing wine. Put in duck and cook for awhile until dirt float. Pick up the duck.
2.
Boil 1,200 ml of water, put in ginger, sweet corn and duck. Cover the lid, turn to mid-low heat and cook for 45 minutes.
3.
Put in zucchini and cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt.
