三餸一湯|粟米山藥湯 Corn and Common Yam Soup
食譜粵菜湯水蔬菜雞蛋煮15分鐘以下
1. 山藥去皮、切粒、浸水;迷你紅甜椒切粒;雞蛋打勻;馬蹄粉加水,攪拌均勻。
3. 加入山藥,煮5分鐘,再加入迷你紅甜椒、鹽、胡椒粉。
4. 之後加入馬蹄粉水,攪拌均勻,熄火並加入雞蛋拌勻。

Water chestnut flour 1/2 tablespoon
1. Peel common yam and dice then soak. Dice sweet mini red pepper. Beat egg. Put water into water chestnut flour and mix well.
2. Heat the pot and put in cream style corn, chicken soup, add water and cook until boil.
3. Put in common yam and cook 5 mins, then put in sweet mini red pepper, salt and pepper.
4. Put in water chestnut flour water and mix well. Off the heat and put in egg, mix well.
