3.Mixbeef,onion,garlic,beanthread,corianderleaves,egg,fishsauce,sugar,corianderpowderandcuminpowder.Placeinagreaseddishandsteamonhighheatfor15minutesoruntilcooked.
4.Placebeefonplateandsprinkleoncorianderandchillies.
