【三餸一湯】牛油薯蓉

食譜蔬菜港式15-30分鐘

材料:
黃肉薯仔(中)2個
牛油約(固態) 50克

調味:
鹽適量

做法:
1. 薯仔去皮,滾一小鍋水,放入薯仔。(TIPS: 薯仔切件會更快熟)
2. 薯仔煮至叉子能輕易插入的程度,然後隔水。
3. 薯仔於大碗內,伴入牛油。
4. 趁熱以壓薯蓉器壓爛。(TIPS: 薯仔要趁熱壓爛,薯蓉的口感才較綿密)
5. 以適當鹽調味,即成。

Ingredients:
2 Yellow Potatoes (Medium)
50g Butter (Solid)
Some Salt

Steps:
1. Peel potato. Bring a small pot of water to the boil. Add potato. (TIPS: The potato will be cooked more easily if they are cut in pieces.)
2. Cook the potato till the fork can be easily inserted, and drain it.
3. Put potato into a big bowl, add in butter.
4. Use a potato masher to mash the potato while it's still hot. (TIPS: Mashing the potato while it's hot will help the texture to be more delicate.)
5. Season with salt. Ready to serve.
