材料Ingredients:
蟶子半斤 / 300g Razor Clams
葱1棵 / 1 Stalk Spring Onion
調味料 Seasonings:
蒸魚豉油1茶匙 / 1 tsp Seafood Soy Sauce
醋1茶匙 / 1 tsp Vinegar
糖1茶匙 / 1 tsp Sugar
油1湯匙 / 1 tbsp Oil
做法 Steps:
1. 葱切粒。 / Dice spring onion
2. 蟶子先用熱水灼熟,再將蟶子肉夾起上碟備用。(TIPS: 蟶子灼得太熟會變硬) / Scald razor clams with boiling water, and then remove meat from shell. Set aside. (TIPS: Do not overcook the razor clams or they will be tough.)
3. 蒸魚豉油、糖及醋撈勻成調味醬料。 / Combine seafood soy sauce, sugar and vinegar to form the sauce.
4. 將調味醬和葱花淋在蟶子上。 / Pour the sauce and chopped spring onions over the razor clams.
5. 滾油淋在蟶子上即成。/ Pour the hot oil over the razor clams. Done.
