材料:
冬瓜 250克
冬菜 1湯匙
蝦仁 150克
薑 1片
葱 1條
鮑汁 1湯匙
糖 半茶匙
水 100毫升
麻油 少許
醃料:
鹽 少許
胡椒粉 少許
粟粉 少許

做法:
1.
冬瓜去瓤,削皮,切件。切葱花,薑切粒。蝦仁加醃料拌勻。
2.
燒熱油,爆蝦仁,盛起備用。原鑊爆香薑粒和冬菜,再加入冬瓜同炒。加入半份鮑汁和糖拌勻。加水100毫升,蓋上,收中火煮10分鐘。
3.
開蓋,加入蝦仁,再加餘下鮑汁和糖,蓋上煮2分鐘,加麻油和葱花。
Braised winter melon and shrimp
Ingredients:

Tianjin preserved vegetable 1 tbsp
Shrimp 150g
Ginger 1 slice
Green onion 1 pc
Abalone sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar ½ teaspoon
Water ½ teaspoon
Sesame oil Little
Marinade:

Steps:

Take out seed of winter melon, peel it. Cut winter melon in chunk. Shred green onion and ginger. Marinate shrimp with marinade.

Heat the oil, pan-fry shrimp. Pick it up. Stir fry ginger and preserved vegetable, then put in winter melon. Put in half portion of abalone sauce and sugar, mix well. Add 100ml of water. Cover the lid, turn to mid-heat and cook for 10 minutes.
3.
Put in shrimp, and the rest of abalone sauce and sugar. Cover the lid and cook for 2 minutes. Put in sesame oil and green onion.
