材料:
豬頸肉 300克
紅葱頭 2粒(切片)
紅辣椒 半隻(切塊)
葱段 適量
醃料:
沙嗲醬 2湯匙
鹽 1/4茶匙
糖 1/2茶匙
紹興酒 1茶匙
生粉 1湯匙
麻油 1茶匙
做法:
1. 豬頸肉切片,加入醃料拌勻醃半小時
2. 燒熱1湯匙油,爆香紅葱頭,加入已醃好的豬頸肉炒熟
3. 放紅辣椒及葱段炒匀
Ingredients:

2 shallots (sliced)
1/2 red chili
To serve spring onion
Marinade:
2 tbsp satay sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp Shaoxing wine
1 tbsp corn starch
1 tsp sesame oil
Steps:
1. Slice pork jowl thinly. Marinate with marinade for 30 minutes.
2. Heat 1 tbsp oil. Stir fry shallot slices. Add pork jowl, stir fry until done.
3. Add red chili and spring onion, stir well.
