醃料:
糖 少許
鹽 少許
胡椒粉 少許
粟粉 少許
醬汁:
蠔油 1湯匙
茄汁 1湯匙

做法:
1.
豬肉片加醃料醃5分鐘。將醬汁材料拌勻成醬。
2.
燒熱油,煎豬肉片,兩面煎至轉色。
3.
倒入醬汁炒勻,加入芝麻。

Pork slice 200g
Honey 1 Tablespoon
Oyster sauce 1 Tablespoon
Ketchup 1 Tablespoon
Sesame 1 Tablespoon
Marinade:
Salt Little
Sugar Little
Pepper Little
Corn starch Little
Sauce:
Oyster sauce 1 Tablespoon
Ketchup 1 Tablespoon
Honey 1 Tablespoon
Water 30ml
Steps:
1.
Marinate pork with marinade for 5 minutes. Mix the sauce.
2.
Heat the oil, pan fry pork until both side turns golden brown.
3.
Stir fry the meat with sauce. Spread sesame on top of meat.
