材料
芥菜半斤
豬瘦肉300克
薑片3片
豆腐一磚
水1.5公升
鹽適量
醃料
生粉1茶匙
生抽1茶匙
食油少許
做法:
1)
芥菜洗淨切段。瘦肉切薄片,與醃料拌勻,醃15分鐘。豆腐切小件。
2)
水滾,放薑片,放入瘦肉及芥菜,加蓋煮10分鐘。
3)
放入豆腐,煮5分鐘,以鹽調味,即成。
Mustard Green Pork and Beancurd Soup
Ingredients
300g mustard green
300g pork
3 sliced ginger
1 beancurd
1.5L water
Salt
Marinade
1 tsp corn starch
1 tsp light soy
cooking oil
Steps:
1)
Cut the mustard green into sections. Slice the pork and marinade for 15 minutes. Dice the beancurd.
2)
Bring water to boil. Add sliced ginger, pork sliced, mustard green stems. Cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes.
3)
Add beancurd and cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt. Ready to serve.
