2. 將花椰菜加入滾水,煮3分鐘,取出,瀝乾水分。
Three Cup Style Cauliflower
1. Cut cauliflower into pieces. Slice ginger. Peel garlic. Take basil leaf.
2. Put cauliflower into boiling water and cook 3 mins, take out and drain water.
3. Heat the sesame oil, stir fry sliced ginger and garlic.
4. Put in soy sauce, rice wine and cauliflower into the pan.
5. Finally put in basil and stir fry until mix well.
