食譜粵菜雞肉蒸15-30分鐘
2. 將蠔油、紹興酒、生抽、糖加入雞,醃30分鐘,再加入杞子、生粉,攪拌均勻。
Steamed Chicken with Fresh Chanterelle
Oyster sauce 1 tablespoon
Shao xing wine 1 tablespoon
1. Wipe chicken with kitchen paper. Soak dried wolfberries with rice wine.
2. Put oyster sauce, Shao xing wine, soy sauce and sugar into chicken, marinate 30 mins, then put in dried wolfberries, cornstarch and mix well.
3. Put chicken on the plate then put in fresh chanterelle, steam 20 mins with high heat.
